Buying Tickets Online

Tickets purchased online are interchangeable for other rides of equal or lesser value, so if you change your mind about which event you want to do, we will happily slot you onto a different ride that suits you better.

All scheduled rides run subject to numbers so you don't need to choose your exact ride time until a day or 2 before the ride.
When you book your ticket just email us or call Andrew; Let us know the dates you will be in town (or are available) and we will call you to book on the planned ride.

PROOF OF ONLINE PURCHASE MUST BE PRESENTED ON CHECK IN...

Tickets purchased are valid for 3 months from purchase date and redeemable at any time in that period

Refund Policy

If the ride you book onto is cancelled and we cannot fit you onto another ride within your availability, we will issue you a refund through PayPal. We cannot offer cash back for an online purchase.
We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Buying a gift voucher
If you want to give a voucher to a friend, you can buy a ticket to any of the rides, and we will post you a voucher that you can present to your friend.

Terms & Conditions

Children must be a minimum of 1.2 meters tall for the "Ultimate" rides and be a minimum of 1.1 meters for the "Extreme" rides.
All passenger's that board and ride portjet - wild water sports Pty Ltd do so at their own risk.
Any person who may be pregnant, suffer from neck, back, or heart conditions, or have previous injuries that may cause a risk to their health, must not ride on portjet - wild water sports Pty Ltd.
All passengers holding bookings must check in and be ready to board the vessel at least 15 minuets prior to departure. portjet - wild water sports Pty Ltd reserves the right to reassign seats if customers do arrive by this time.
All tickets are non-refundable.
All passengers will be required to sign an assumption of risk form prior to departure.
Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult whilst riding on portjet.
Passengers may get wet, and are strongly advised not to carry any valuables whilst riding with portjet.
portjet - wild water sports Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter price or departure time.
portjet - wild water sports Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse passengers for any reason.
Passengers may be filmed/photographed during the ride. portjet reserves the right to use or produce such film/photos for any purchase whatsoever without notification, compensation or payment.
Cancellations must be recieved at least 24 hours prior to departure time or full payment is due.No refund will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure.
If portjet must cancel a ride prior to departure due to bad weather the ride can be rescheduled. If this is not possible no payment is due.
